Gabriel Mattei, MD
Gabriel Mattei, MD is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician specializing in Interventional Pain Medicine and the founder of Mattei Health – Interventional Spine & Pain Medicine in West Boca Raton. He cares for patients with cervical and lumbar spine disorders, radiculopathy, facet-mediated pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, vertebral compression fractures, peripheral nerve conditions, and musculoskeletal pain.

Dr. Mattei earned his medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine, completed his Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School/Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, and completed fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine at Hudson Medical. He is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine and provides care in English and Spanish.
