What to Expect at Your First Appointment

We believe effective pain relief starts with understanding your unique situation. During your first visit, our team will take the time to get to know you, discuss your symptoms, review your health history, and conduct a detailed assessment to identify the root cause of your pain. Together, we’ll explore treatment options designed to fit your needs and goals.

For a more complete evaluation, we encourage you to bring any previous medical records, diagnostic reports, or imaging such as X-rays or MRIs. These insights help us better understand your condition so we can create a targeted plan to help you feel better faster.

Initial Patient Assessment

To get started, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire about your pain symptoms, medical background, and any prior treatments. Providing as much information as possible will help gain a clearer picture of your condition.

Medical Review and Examination

Our physician will review your medical history and may conduct a physical examination to further assess your pain. This step helps us determine the underlying causes and identify the most appropriate treatment options for you.

Personalized Pain Treatment Plan

After your evaluation, we'll develop a customized treatment plan designed to help relieve pain and improve your daily function. We use a combination of therapies and proceduresto target the source of your pain.
