Howell R. Goldfarb, MD
Howell R. Goldfarb, MD, is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine and has served South Florida patients for more than 30 years. As Medical Director of Comprehensive Pain Care of South Florida, he provides nonsurgical care for back pain, neck pain, neuropathy, joint pain, shingles, radiating pain, and discomfort before or after surgery. Dr. Goldfarb believes treatment should reflect each patient’s condition, symptoms, and individual needs.
Keith J. Dietrick, MD
Keith J. Dietrick, MD, is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine and has practiced in South Florida since 2002. He has extensive experience with musculoskeletal conditions, spinal procedures, and fluoroscopy-guided injections. Dr. Dietrick emphasizes minimally invasive pain treatment and works closely with other healthcare providers when coordinated care is appropriate. His treatment recommendations are tailored to each patient’s diagnosis, medical history, symptoms, and functional goals.
Dr. Meiselman, DO
Dr. Meiselman is a board-certified anesthesiologist with more than 25 years of medical experience. His areas of focus include medically supervised weight management, medical marijuana evaluations, injectable aesthetic services, and injection-based pain therapies. He combines extensive clinical knowledge with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Since joining the practice in 2025, Dr. Meiselman has helped patients understand their options and make informed decisions about their health and treatment.

Your visit begins with questions about the location, intensity, duration, and pattern of your pain. You will also provide information about medical conditions, medications, previous injuries, procedures, and treatments. The clinical team will review your records, current symptoms, and prior test results.
